TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Definitions

1. "Service" means the BloxJack website, features, games, bots, and related functions we provide.
2. "User" means anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
3. "Virtual Items" means supported Pet Simulator 99 in-game items used or traded through BloxJack.
4. "Gems" means the Pet Simulator 99 currency shown in your BloxJack balance and used in supported games, deposits, and withdrawals. Gems are not legal tender and are not redeemable by BloxJack for cash.

2. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher, to use the Service.
2. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are legally able to accept these Terms.
3. You consent to the deposits of Virtual Items and Gems that you make through the Service.
4. You use the Service freely, voluntarily, and for your own personal enjoyment.
5. You are responsible for understanding your legal rights and obligations before using the Service.

3. Use of Services

1. BloxJack allows Users to take part in supported Pet Simulator 99 games and item trades.
2. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your use of the Service and Virtual Items. We may restrict, suspend, or end access to enforce those requirements.
3. BloxJack may refuse access, close accounts, or cancel pending requests where permitted by law.
4. We may suspend or close an account for suspected misuse of the Service.
5. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, subject to any notice or acceptance required by applicable law.

4. Account Registration

1. An account is required to use certain features. Sign in by verifying your Roblox profile using the steps shown on the Site. Linking Discord is optional.
2. You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to keep it up to date.
3. Acceptance of an account registration is at BloxJack's discretion.
4. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your account access secure.

5. Alternate Accounts (Alts) Policy

1. Alternate accounts ("alts") must not be used to abuse, exploit, or manipulate BloxJack, its games, promotions, giveaways, or other features.
2. We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts suspected of being used as alts for abusive purposes, without prior notice where permitted by law.
3. BloxJack staff determine whether an account is being used as an alt or to abuse the Service.

6. Virtual Items & Gems

1. Virtual Items and Gems have no guaranteed real-world value and cannot be redeemed by BloxJack for real money.
2. BloxJack is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Roblox Corporation or Pet Simulator 99.
3. Roblox-related names, game assets, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.
4. Your Gem balance is used for supported features on BloxJack. Supported items and Gems can be deposited and withdrawn using the options shown in Inventory.
5. Balances and rewards may be corrected or removed in cases of technical errors, abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
6. PvP game modes have a 10% site fee, taken from the pot. Games against the house have a house edge.
7. Cases award Gems. The displayed item represents the payout; it is not added to your inventory and does not entitle you to delivery of that item.

7. Bots & Platform Responsibility

1. If a bot is banned or suspended from Roblox or Pet Simulator 99, BloxJack is not responsible for resulting lost items, missed trades, or other losses, to the extent permitted by law.
2. For item deposits, join an online deposit bot's listed VIP server. For item withdrawals, join your assigned withdrawal bot's listed VIP server. Send the bot a trade request and check the items before confirming.
3. Double-check that the bot's Roblox username exactly matches the one listed on BloxJack. Display names and avatars can be copied. Only use the bots and VIP server links listed on the Site.

8. Refund Policy

1. Items and Gems used in a confirmed game are non-refundable. Except where required by law, BloxJack does not provide refunds or replacements for items lost because a host account or bot is banned in-game.
2. In special circumstances, we may provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
3. Any discretionary refund requires enough information to verify the issue. BloxJack does not compensate losses with cash.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Site or Service for an illegal purpose.
• Taking part in fraud, scams, or account impersonation.
• Exploiting bugs or manipulating the Service to gain an unfair advantage.
• Violating applicable laws or regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

Content and materials on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, belong to BloxJack or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws. Use of the Service does not give you ownership of that content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloxJack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Site or Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Suspension, Termination & Appeals

1. BloxJack may suspend, restrict, or end access to the Service, with or without notice where permitted by law, including for suspected breaches of these Terms.
2. Users may appeal an account restriction or closure through our Discord server.
3. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a decision will be reversed. Appeals are reviewed at BloxJack's discretion, subject to applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are subject to applicable law, including any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
2. If a dispute arises, we ask that you first describe the issue through the contact option below so that we can try to resolve it informally.
3. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court with authority to hear it. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies available under mandatory local law.

14. Changes to Terms

BloxJack may modify or replace these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site or Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms, subject to any additional notice or acceptance required by law.
