Common questions

How do I deposit items?

Open Inventory, choose Deposit, and pick an online deposit bot listed on BloxJack. Use the bot's listed VIP server link to join, then double-check that its Roblox username exactly matches the one shown on BloxJack. Do not rely on its display name or avatar, as scammers can copy these. Send the bot a trade request, add your items, and check the trade before confirming.

How do I withdraw items?

Open Inventory, select the items you want to withdraw, and follow the steps to get your assigned withdrawal bot. Join that bot's listed VIP server and double-check its Roblox username against the one shown on BloxJack. Send it a trade request, wait for it to add your items, and check that the correct items are in the trade before confirming. Only trade with your assigned bot. Similar display names or avatars do not mean an account is a BloxJack bot.

How do I deposit or withdraw Gems?

Open Inventory and choose the Gems deposit or withdrawal option. Follow the instructions shown there and double-check any bot username against the one listed on BloxJack before sending Gems.

What is Coinflip and how does it work?

Coinflip is a two-player item game. Each player chooses a side of the coin. Your chance of winning depends on the value of your items, so check the chance shown before joining. The site takes a 10% fee from the pot. You can check a completed result using the room's Fairness button.

What are Cases, Battles, Jackpot, Mines, and Upgrader?

Cases reveal a Gem payout, Case Battles compare case openings, Jackpot combines entries into a shared pot, Mines rewards safe picks, and Upgrader offers a chance at a higher-value result. Each game shows its stake and rules before you play.

What does the item shown after opening a Case mean?

Pet Simulator 99 cases award Gems. The item shown represents your payout; it is not added to your inventory.

Will my Roblox account be safe if I use the website?

BloxJack signs players in by asking them to place a one-time verification phrase in their public Roblox profile description. We never ask for your Roblox password or cookie, and official support will never ask for either.

How are game outcomes verified?

BloxJack uses a provably fair system for game results. Once the game's seeds are revealed, you can use them to check the result on the Fairness page or in the game room.

I won, but I did not receive the full pot.

PvP game modes have a 10% site fee, taken from the pot. Check the payout details to see the fee and your winnings.

Why can an item's value change?

Item values can change with the game market. Check the value shown before using an item in a trade or game. A listed value is not a guaranteed resale price.

How do I verify a game result?

Open Provably Fair, choose the game, then enter the revealed server seed and the public or client seed from the settled round. Verification runs in your browser.

Can a completed game result be changed?

Completed, fair game results are final. A losing result cannot be changed at a player's request.
